Introducing my new little basket series called ‘Nude’.
Within this series I have again been experimenting with my material of the moment, industrial rope. However, this time I have been working with sisal rope in raw colours to create small pinch pot type baskets.
Rather than working to create contrast, as you would’ve seen with my previous series. I have been utilising white cotton line against the natural rope to reduce the contrast and create a more ‘nude’ appearance.
The sisal rope is beautifully textured and I love the raw colour. A selection of these sweet miniatures are now available on the Find Your Happy Etsy shop.
